This Website is run by Laura Jeacock, of Laura Jeacock Artwork (Soletrader), and by using this website you accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy. This website is powered by Squarespace, who provide the online portfolio and e-commerce platform for the sale of Laura Jeacock’s art.
Please note that these guidelines, and content of this website may change at any point in the future without prior notification to customers. It is your responsibility as a customer to check guidelines prior to purchase.
Purchases
A contract between Laura Jeacock Artwork and you, the customer, will only come into effect when you make a purchase. By making a purchase you agree to providing current accurate contact, billing and shipping information, so that I can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
I hope that all of the information I have provided is accurate enough to allow for a good and clear shopping experience. I have provided representative photos and mock ups of prints, but please be advised that colours may slightly vary due to the nature of screens and digital images.
Returns
I am very happy to accept returns as long as you contact me within 14 days of delivery and send the items in question back within 30 days, in the same condition it was sent. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order, or to arrange a return. Postage and custom fees or duties for returns are the responsibility of the customer (please check your local guidelines).

The following data is collected when you make an order: your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.

How your personal information is used
Any order information is used to complete orders placed through the site, to communicate with you, check for fraudulent activities, and to provide you with information or advertising in line with the preferences that you have shared with us.
Device information collected is used for risk and fraud screening, and improvement of analytics.
Sharing your personal information
Your personal information is shared with third parties to allow us to use your personal information – such as with Squarespace, who powers my online store. Your information may be shared with service providers under contract, who help with the operations of the business, but only in connection with the services they provide for the sale of my art.
Finally, your Personal Information may be shared to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant and/or other lawful request for information I receive, or to otherwise protect my rights. I may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to my practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
Retention of your personal data
When you place an order through the Site, I will maintain your Order Information for as long as necessary to carry out our services to you or for as long as I am required by relevant laws. After this period, your personal data will be deleted.
Shipping
Information
I generally use Royal Mail (Second Class) to ship all print and Badge orders Monday – Friday, however, postage will be upgraded according to the value of the order.
If you need faster or tracking information with your shipping, please contact me to arrange this.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation. If your order has not arrived within the specified time frame, or if it arrives damaged, please contact me with your order number so we can chase it up on your behalf.
